A facilitated group designed to help you start taking action towards the business you want to build. 
Here’s what you’ll figure out and experiment with:

  2. What you need to set up (marketing, payment processing, automation, administrative systems)
  3. How to get to work! 
  4. How to track your progress for celebration and accountability

How does the group work?

We meet weekly on Zoom for our 1 hour discussion (and optional implementation).
The discussion is facilitated so you’ll be sure to get input and feedback about what you’re working on.
PLUS, you’ll get the chance to meet other new business owners, see and hear what they’re up to, and share and receive ideas and offer encouragement and support.
 
Even though this group is facilitated by a coach – the calls are not coaching calls. (But, if you need coaching, you have access to that too!)

What do I need to know and do?

This group is all about discovering and understanding the specific, actionable first and next things you need to think about and do to grow your new business.
  • If you’re thinking about starting or have just started your business, this group is for you.
  • If you’re ready to start taking the initial or next steps (without feeling overwhelmed) this group is for you.
  • We’ll meet on Tuesdays in February from 5:30-6:30 AZ time (with an additional optional hour until 7:30 pm, if needed, for implementation and co-working)
